Thank you for choosing a Natupoint product! Your satisfaction is our goal. We offer the possibility of returns under the following conditions:

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the 14-day right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel your purchase, provided the product is in its original, undamaged, and unopened condition.

2. Hygienic Restriction (Important!)

Our product (Natupoint Premium Joint Support) naturally falls into the category of health and hygiene products. In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed health or hygiene products after opening the packaging. This means that if you have already opened the bottle or used the product, we unfortunately cannot accept a return for hygienic reasons.

3. Return Procedure

If the product is still unopened, we kindly request that you notify us of your intention to withdraw via our customer service (via Messenger or email). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer in all cases. For technical reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept packages sent cash on delivery.

4. Defective Product

If the product shows a documented manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please send a photo to our customer service immediately. We will replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.
